Hi

Maybe your son can get free dental here

http://www.freemedicalcamps.com/vcity.php?stateid=FL

I  had 3grand in cavities and not from soda but milk. My dentist said if you didn't rinse your mouth out after the sugar in it with water not good and I had switched to a natural toothpaste then going back to what I used crest and the end of cavities. I personally don't think you will win a law suit against them. It is a known fact that sodas with sugar in them are bad for your teeth. And the ones with phosphorous ruin your bones too. I knew two men whose father's were dentist. The second man I met could eat sugar all day and never had a cavity in his life and he inherited that good tooth enamel from his father. I wish I could have been so lucky...

Take care and good luck it isn't easy dealing with dental issues.

in response to whoknew...   Amazing to me!!Thank you for your time in writing this to me. I have contacted mountain dew twice, their response was. That they are a huge organization, but do not have  a department to help with dental issues. I am thinking of getting a lawyer on this matter, I did give them a chance. Why would it hurt to help this 27 year old young man get his life back?He works hard then goes home every night. He has never had a cavity in his life, this is not cavitys, its black teeth that crumble away, until you have no jaw teeth to eat with. Jeremy is so sick over this, it makes him sick to his stomache to talk about it.Maybe we could put mountain dew on the dr. phil show, think they might wake up then, and put a warning label on their multi billion dollar product. Not to even mention that it is addictive to anyone. Whats really in this soda? Please from the bottom of my heart, join me if you or someone you know or love is going through the same thing.I have tried everything I could think of from the state of fl to fda, ada, county dentist to do pro bono, no one really cares. But I think if you are reading this you do, so please join with me and help Jeremy get his life back, before he loses it to infection. He is worth it.and so are you. contact me and talk about it or respond on here thank you so much to all the people out there

"Mountain Dew Mouth" is very common. In fact, ABC news did a piece on it involving the people of Applachia. This is NOT a new and Pepsico is very aware of the situation it has created.
